About Martin Greshoff

I have always had an interest in wood and it was through
this medium that a sensitivity to shape, form and proportion
was nurtured. My design and craftsmanship skills were developed
still further at Rycotewood College, Oxfordshire. After some four
years working with a number of one off and low volume
manufacturing workshops throughout London, I set up my own
workshop specialising in the design & manufacture of one-off
furniture to commission as well as fitted furniture of the highest quality.

My success is based on a sensitivity to my clients’ needs
and a thorough understanding of my materials combined
with a careful and dedicated approach to my craft.

Commissioning Process

To commission a piece of furniture, arrange a date for me to visit you to discuss
your requirements. After this initial consultation I will produce an estimate. On
acceptance a set of drawings will be prepared based on our discussions. You
will have the opportunity to discuss and suggest any alterations to
the design & specifications at this point. A deposit of 33% is
requested on acceptance, the balance payable upon
completion. Delivery and installation, if needed,
is always carried out by myself.
